In addition to our competitive teams, we have classes and camps open to everyone! For more info on what to expect, check out our About section.

Our Recreational Cheerleading Programme is a fun, low-commitment way to try cheerleading before deciding whether to join one of our competitive teams at our July tryouts each year. Whether you’re completely new or looking for a relaxed way to keep training, this is the perfect place to start!

Recreational Class Timetable

Fridays

Ages 3–7 (Born 2017–2021)

  • 4:30 – 5:00pm: U8 Tumble - beginner-friendly. LIMITED SPACES

  • 5:00 – 5:45pm: U8 Cheer - beginner-friendly, progression through level 1. LIMITED SPACES

Ages 8–17 (Born 2007–2016)

  • 5:45 – 6:15pm: U18 Tumble - beginner-friendly, all skill levels welcome.

  • 6:15 – 7:00pm: U18 Cheer - beginner-friendly, progression through levels 1 & 2.

Tuesdays

  • 6:00 – 7:00pm: Level 3+ Stunt Skills Class - a progression from Friday classes, speak to coaches about entering this class. CURRENTLY FULL

Wednesdays

  • 7:30 – 10:00pm: Open Gym - A supervised, self-led, open class for competitive and recreational athletes. No subscription needed, just turn up and check in at the door! Though open to all ages, this is the only available option for anyone over the age of 18. 

​

How to Get Started

1. Create Your Athlete Profile
Every athlete needs an Athlete Profile on Coacha.

2. Pick Your Class Pass
Choose the pass for your age group – either:

  • One class per week – £24/month

  • Two classes per week – £40/month

  • Open Gym – £6 per session, no subscription needed

This is a rolling monthly subscription that starts the day you set it up. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required to secure your spot.

3. Come Along to Class!
Once you’re signed up and subscribed, you’re ready to go! Just check in at reception and introduce yourself to our coaches.​ It’s hard work, in the best possible way, so you should bring a bottle of water and wear athletic clothing (nothing heavy or baggy, because you *will* get sweaty!) and a pair of clean trainers.

Important Info

  • Classes run on a rolling monthly subscription until you contact us to change or cancel.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to momentumcheeruk@hotmail.com by the main contact at least 10 working days before your next payment date.

  • Attendance isn’t mandatory, but once you’ve subscribed, your spot is secure. Refunds cannot be given after payment.

  • Schedules may change slightly around competitions and tryouts. Subscriptions are balanced across shorter and longer months.
