Using the online form below you can SIGN UP for a Tryout slot. For more information, please read the Tryout Pack carefully and consider all of the commitments required to be a part of our competitive family.
We have a wide range of competitive teams, from age 3 to adult, beginner to veteran, meaning that there's a place for everybody at Momentum!
We consider it a privilege to work with every athlete that passes through our doors, so thank you for choosing to be a part of the family. Have fun with the tryout experience!
